The content in the topics of the curriculum hasn't actually changed. Example: now in vectors, we are still going to learn the same stuff as the previous years did, however, it might be in more depth, or the VCAA might decides that VCE students may need more time to learn such a thing. Now, if we decide to find AB, it is still going to be -OA + OB, not anything like -OB + OA, right?
... wut. This ain't true at all, soz bruh LOL. Vectors are being taught this year exactly as they have been in previous years, nothing more in depth, nothing less in depth. The study design changes are literally the case of things being added or removed from the study design.
And don't worry - you won't be getting sold any set of notes if they aren't 100% relevant to the study design!! In particular for the maths subjects, since they have study design changes relevant to this year, you'll be getting lecture notes that have been modified to suit the changes in content.
