I'm using one of these for the physics exam tomorrow: https://www.abacuscalculators.com.au/shop-item/texas-instruments-ti-30xb-multiview

I'm a little bit concerned about the battery running out, as I've been using this calculator since Year 9. Apparently they have solar panels, but where are they located?

Has anyone ever had a battery run flat on one of these before?

They dont have any solar panels. They have those little round batteries in the back, and use barely any power so last for ages. I'm year 11 and had mine since year 7 (pretty abusive of it too...) and it's fine. Thats what my whole school does really. It shouldn't die tomorrow.

Good luck!
