Why does no one get that I genuinely like overcast, cold weather better than so-called "perfect" (sunny, 20s) weather? :(  Cool shade and reduced brightness are such a kind relief.

But yeah, excellent thread, prickles, even if your weather choices are unwise. ;)
Ah yep I get it. No my weather choices aren't unwise  :P. I honestly adore rain, in any form - thunderstorm, drizzle, mist - I don't know what it is, rain just makes me so happy

- Seeing people at my school on ATAR Notes today! This was probably the highlight of my day :D
- All the motivational books I found in the library (looking at these cultivated my motivation)

This is a great thread!  :)

- When someone thanks me for advice I give them
- When I wake up to a completely cloudy/stormy day and it's cold, so I wrap myself with blankets and sip coffee (bonus points if it's the weekend!)
- When my parents say they're proud of me
- When a webcomic I'm subscribed to updates
- When someone tags me on instagram
- When a novel has a satisfying ending

Loving this thread!! Spread the positive vibes everyone, especially for this HELLISH week with VCE exams!!!

This has also made my day! I know nothing about your school aside from this fact above, but I'm confident in suggesting that I love your school hahaha.

When it is a long drive to a beach, and you round the final corner and there it is sparkling in front of you, and you can't wait to get out of the car to smell the sea

In my family we open all the windows and see who can smell it first (when we go to the beach you can smell it before you see it) - of course everyone lies and claims to be the first to smell it, and then they get told we're still 15 min away and we know they're lying  ::)

Lying down on cold concrete or marble in hot weather.  Even just the feeling of my feet and palms grounded on cold, smooth floor is so nice.
