Just finished school today, I didn't really 'feel' any different from any other days, it just felt like a normal day at school with a normal ending.

On my last day it felt weird to think of finishing school and whilst studying afterwards it would always just come to mind that after exams I would finish school forever. After my last specialist maths exam U saw one of my friends and said I guess now is the last time I'll see you at school and that's the last time I saw him in person.

Uni though softens the blow of finishing school as you still have some form of secuirity you get at school. I prefer to think of myself evolving into self independence, rather than doing a quantum jump into self independence.

Us to! We officially finished classes today, but everyone said goodbye normally, many didnt even say bye to all their friends.

Maybe coz we still got muck up day, but yeah. It's only for like 1 hour

@ Dejan, last post page 1, FULLY AGREE. Whenever I go on the train by myself, no friends it is so depressing and quiet, and you get the occasional idiot/creep.

With friends, journey so much FASTER and enjoyable

Just had my last day at school today. One of the best days I have had EVER! But one of the saddest too. No one caused any trouble, but everyone was crazily dressed. We had a nice breakfast at school while signing shirts and what not. Then a whole heap of us (like HEAPS) went to a friend's house then beachhhh where we chilled and talked and mucked around at another friend's beachhouse/shack till 3-4. Music and everything. Great end to a great year :)
When I get sad, I stop being sad, and be AWESOME instead. True story.

We had the torch ceremony today and afterwards we had a massive lunch with the teachers, signing shirts, shaking hands, taking photos and having hugs. For the most part it was raucous and it was fantastic. I wished that moment could last a lot longer... there was so much I wanted to say to my teachers, and it's the last time we would all be together as students. For that moment it felt like we were all part of a big family, which was created by the school spirit. A day to be remembered, no doubt.
