I would probably try to do a lot more baking, and coming up with new recipes.
Also would want to get back into fitness!

And finally, I would get back to studying languages! It really is a hobby of mine, and I wish I had the time.

I'd be unemployed.. given a school is my place of work.

If I didn't have that as a job, i'd probably go into the field I am qualified in (in addition to teaching)... IT.

Go the gym, go swimming often and just get a tad more fit. Would read books that I actually like more often,
