Transferring in second sem

Got some questions on transferring between degrees at umelb. I'm in first year bachelor of design, thinking of transferring to either commerce or arts next semester. What are the requirements? Would they look at my uni results or VCE? or both? My atar can get me into arts with room to spare but I'm not sure about comm. I've heard that I have to go through VTAC again and apparently I must pay to get my results back or something?

Also how behind would I be if I transfered into commerce without having done any related subjects in VCE? What about arts? (I only did one humanities subjects but I did really bad.) And if I did arts, how likely is it for me to find internships/jobs in places such as the big 4 in comparison to comm?

Finally is it true that there are no minors in commerce, only majors?

thanks.
