Can anyone speculate on my chances on entry to law at monash with 99.65? Even if it was 98.xx last year, wouldn't this have increased greatly, due to Melbourne opting for the JD programme, hence more demand at Monash....
Pretty sure JD program started last year?
I got in with 99.60. You'll be fine :P

What about me with my 99.05?  With my 45 in Eng and 46 in Lit.
I'm not sure that they'll look at your English and Literature scores?
But I think 99+ should be pretty safe as (apart from last year) the required ENTER has always been around 99 (but I think ~99.40 for commerce/law)

Oh what 99.40 for commerce/law? Time for me start hoping the clearly in stays the same as this year! I don't want to miss out by 0.05 on my ENTER.

Oh and they check your English and Humanity subjects when selecting from the middle band. I think a SS of 45+ in an English subject is 2 aggregate points higher while a SS of 40+ in a humanities subject (not sure what this entails) is 1 aggregate point higher.

If you got an ACCESS scholarhsip then that means your seas application should be quite strong. However, each university considers you individually so just because melbourne thinks your seas app is strong does not mean monash will. In any case, with 98.85 and a 45 in english, you are very likely to get in.
