economics + ???

hey guys, i just want to know what other subject areas would go well with economics? i was thinking of incorporating my enjoyment of foreign languages into my degree but what are the job prospects like if i do this?
and does anyone know what other subjects might go well with economics? (apart from finance as that is kinda obvious and id also like to see other options :P )

Make sure you do a fair bit of maths, since econometrics sounds awesome. I would have done economics for breadth if I was allowed to do econometrics subjects.

So I recommend doing applied maths aswell (the statistics would probably be taught with economics).
2008: Finished VCE

2009 - 2011: Bachelor of Science (Mathematical Physics)

2012 - 2014: Master of Science (Applied Mathematics/Mathematical Physics)

2016 - 2018: Master of Engineering (Civil)

Semester 1:[/b] Engineering Mechanics, Fluid Mechanics, Engineering Risk Analysis, Sustainable Infrastructure Engineering

Semester 2:[/b] Earth Processes for Engineering, Engineering Materials, Structural Theory and Design, Systems Modelling and Design

yeah im pretty sure statistics and even some econometrics is compolsory in my course
