Mine is announced next week. So nervous.

So how did everyone go?
And what is techniquely a "Good" mark?

If your aim is 40 a good mark is a solid high A.

If your aim is 45 a good mark is an A+.

If your aim is 45 a good mark is an A+.
It would depend on how strong your cohort is as well.
For example, if you have a weak cohort you would be looking to get 100% each time otherwise the top mark in your cohort.
Whereas if you have a strong cohort then being ranked in the top 10-15 or whatever wouldnt be too detrimental unless you want to get a near perfect score.
Just do the best you can each time.

Note, its very difficult to get a 40 if you only get high As...

We're talking SACs - not exams!

Yes. 1 sac result doesnt determine whether you can score above 40. If you start getting higher results i.e. high A - high A+ than the possibilty of getting a higher score is increased. But remember that your ranking in your cohort is also important.

^^ Did he manage to pull off a top ranking in the end, or was his cohort ridiculously good?

My cohort is ridiculously good (MHS), and he had great exam marks. He definitely wasn't top ranked.

Would it be possible if your cohort is weak?

I think so, as long as there are high A+s in exams and SACS improve after the B+.

btw when they calculate the sac marks do they use your percent or write it like somethign over something - in this case 22/25
i have no idea wat rank i am in my weak cohort but i noe someone else got 23/25   :buck2:

22/25 would probably be A+ .
Grades for individual SACs have little meaning though.

Please don't make this assumption. A friend got fairly high A+s in exams and an A in SACs and got a 39. Don't make his mistake, every SAC counts.

I think 23+ is an A+ btw (at MHS anyways)
