can someone please explain to me how hard is chemical engineering at uni; do you have to be a nerd for all your uni life.
And also can you JUST  pass at uni and still get the same job as someone with top marks?
thanks

I heard Chemical Engineering is a difficult discipline -- not as difficult as electrical, but one of the harder ones definitely.

I've only done 1.5 years of my degree so far, and so I'm not up to the tough stuff yet. If you don't like the idea of working with thermodynamics and stuff like that, it's probably not for you. You need to be able to cope with a decent level of maths, as you do for all engineering disciplines.

Yes, of course it is possible, but it will be harder. An employer would favour someone with higher marks, holding all else constant.
