LoL I can't blame my mum for not knowing much about the VCE system, but it does have its awkward moments...
When I told my mum I got 48 she was like, "aww... where'd you lose those those 2 marks?" Then she asked me if I wanted to repeat Methods, because she reckoned I wouldn't have a chance to get 99.95 without a 50 in methods (not that I have much of one anyway).

My mother wouldn't know that a study score of 50 was a great one... she'd think it was 50% LOL
When I got my results for arabic, I told her I got 45 and she just slapped me across the face! >_< She thought I got 45% for arabic... So I tried to explain that 45 is actually a good score, but she doesn't believe me <_<
