Does anyone know where I can get free access to non-VCAA practice exams for French .

Hi JongJong!
I think your best bet is to ask your teacher, as your school can purchase exams made by other companies at no cost to you :)
Your teacher will also know the best companies, etc. to use so definitely go ask them.
