Title: Your favourite sporting moments

I love the drama of sport. Here are two of my favourites.
Steve Waugh's last over hundred. Waugh was under all sorts of pressure after a pretty tough run. This was likely his final game at his home ground of the SCG. Going into the very final over the day, he was on 98 not out, and it all come down to the last ball. Final ball on the video is at the ~10 minute mark. It still gives me goosebumps.
Jack Watts kicks the sealer. Skewed, because I've loved Watts since he was drafted. This was probably his best moment for Melbourne - particularly nice as it was against the team he infamously debuted against. The noise at the ground was incredible, but I love 3AW's version of it most.

My family doesn't follow football, and even we were fkn hyped at this moment haha. Was crazy.

The last couple of minutes of the Showdown this weekend were pretty amazing, right up there.
For me the big ones though were Sammy Lloyd after the siren against Sydney. I hadn’t watched the footy in a long time and so happened to be watching that one. Decided at that point it was time to get into it again, which panned out well obviously because Richmond won the granny only a couple of years later and I got to avoid the bandwagon charge 😂
The 2017 Australian open was really special, too. Seeing Federer and Nadal thrashing it out again on the big stage felt like such an incredible privilege.

2014 - NM getting to a prelim after intense contests v Essendon & Geelong.
