Im just wondering how i can improve my pronounciation and intonation?

In my opinion the people in my class who watch anime have good intonation and stuff because they have heard it a lot. Also, if there are exchange students at your school maybe try and make some friends who are Japanese and practice speaking in Japanese to natives. I guess a lot of exposure to the language is good.
