Following on from chemderp's people movement stuff, the recent fallback on Australia's infamous repacificed solution has had some pretty significant responses internationally, which will be great to look at in the exam for different global actor's contributions to an ethical issue.
Here's one I read yesterday morning: talks about the UNHCHR and their comments about the supposed breach of international law in Australia's offshore asylums:

Another intriguing article that I read yesterday was on a comparison between China and the US, this will benefit those who have studied either. It looks at both the recent power shifts in both the USA's democratic system and the PRC's Politburo:
This may be interesting to use in AOS1 for states as powers, or even in AOS2's analysis of your selected state.

Hi guys :)
Just a couple of things I've found, they aren't specific example, but the links contain relevant articles

For instance the ICC:

Economic Instability from Unit 4
http://www.nytimes.com/2012/11/13/business/global/europe-gives-greece-two-more-years-for-budget-cuts.html?ref=global-home&_r=0

China:
http://www.nytimes.com/2012/11/14/world/asia/chinas-princelings-wield-influence-to-shape-politics.html?ref=asia

Basically, in terms of resources, I find The Economist and the Guardian to be useful. Also, if you go onto the New York Times page and click onto Global Edition there is a plethora of relevant stuff on there :)

If anyone is doing DRC as an intrastate conflict I found this pretty helpful.

And Syria as an interstate:

Get around the WTO!

Probably something to chuck in your notes about the Doha round.

ICC produces second successful conviction, Congolese warlord Germain Katanga. Found guilty of murder and pillage. Found not guilty of rape, use of child soldiers and sex slavery.
