My friend got 32 Raw for Japanese, what’s that go to?

A raw 30 in Japanese scales to 38, though I'm not sure a 32 would necessarily scale to a 40. I think it would scale to somewhere in the late 30s, though a 35 does scale to a 43, so perhaps it would scale to a 40 after all. Either way, it would scale rather well and your friend would achieve a good score.
