Title: Will Failing A Math Ext Exam Fail My Atar?

Hey,
So recently I have received my first math ext exam back and I have failed (received 27%).
Will this exam mark greatly affect my atar and is it still possible to reach an atar of 85+ or is it too late?

Sure why not, do really well in your other subjects. Ext 1 will probably not even count for you because your probably on at least 11 units anyway.

IF by any chance you're on 10 units because you do another Ext subject then you will definitely need to do better in Ext 1 Maths. Just get your mark as high as you can and you'll be fine.
