This is a weird thread but hear me out:
I started my application for the Aspire program because I wanted to get an offer for physiotherapy. Halfway through the application I realized that I wasn't eligible for it because I hadn't studied in Australia while being a Year 12 school leaver. I couldn't find any way to delete the application, and I emailed their enquiries email saying that I wanted to delete the application but they just gave me a generic response.
I've now had a few emails and just now a phone call (which I accidentally missed) encouraging me to complete the application but I'm not eligible and I don't know what to do.
Should I just leave it alone or try to inform them to delete my application again?

I'd probably try sending them another email informing them of your decision to withdraw your application. Just word it nice and clearly so they know you're formally withdrawing your application.

Thank you, I've done that!
