i very much just flipped hypertonic and hypotonic across an entire SAC

yay

unlucky :( (I keep getting confused with the pair as well, but I've sorta just rote remembered it now)
Don't stress too much about it now though, you can reclaim yourself in other SAC's throughout the year, and ofc the final exam.

Doesn't really help much for this SAC but I remember them through:
Hypo = low (e.g. hypothermia), thus low solute conc.
Hyper = high/lots (e.g. hyperthermia, " being hyper "), thus high solute conc.
