Hey,
If you go onto the new official selective school entry website, they actually changed the writing time from 30 mins to 15 mins. And, it will only be either creative or persuasive (so NOT both). I have no idea why they would change this, maybe bc too many essays to mark (idek). This is for the people sitting the exam in 2022 so uh good luck to you guys.

Not sure if they've changed from EduTest or if EduTest has just changed their format, but this definitely follows a more similar style to the ACER test. Most scholarship exams use the ACER test.
If selective school hopefuls are looking for practice exams, I would definitely suggest taking ACER practice exams!

Oh wow, this is quite a big amendment to the selective test! Now the writing component will be much more stressful and competitive, I am thankful this yr bc the writing was taken out (otherwise I'm sure I would have screwed it up so bad). Good luck to people sitting the 2022 exam as well!
