Failing my Subjects

I thought that I could improve in Year 12, but silly me.
Just last week I was really sick on the exam week especially on the last day when I had my Accounting, & Jap exam. I couldn't remember everything I’ve studied fr and I reckon I got below 40% in ACF exam (weighs 20% ) pulling my average down to around 45%.
In my other subjects I'm averaging around 60-70%. I haven't checked my predicted ATAR.
I know I'm halfway there already but I feel like dropping ATAR. Moreover I hate my subs especially ACF and now I'm so embarrassed to see my teachers. Aside from dental surgeries, I also intend to get ADHD diagnosis test this year to understand my struggles and get better in life.
So for next year I'm considering TAFE or colleges to study prerequisites and/or a diploma to Engineering. Is this practical? Should I drop ATAR?
Feel free to comment.
