Title: Is it hard to enrol in a Diploma at ANU?

Can someone who is not doing a degree there enrol? Also do I still need to meet the Co-curricular activities as I am in Victoria and it was quite to hard do stuff with Covid going on. I want to study a diploma of languages there (I consider it) and that language is not offered anywhere else in Victoria to the best of my knowledge.
