Just a thread that I'll occasionally add creative stuff to- whether it'll be drawings/zentangle pages, photos or other creative things that I'll do as a whim! ;D
(I'm also in the process of giving my blog a massive overhaul, I'll drop the link here when I finish overhauling!)
To get started, I felt like doing some zentangling today. This isn't the best one I've ever done, but I was experimenting with different patterns. :)

So earlier today, my siblings and I finally put up our Christmas tree. I feel like the photo captures my sister's face when she was worried that there wouldn't be enough baubles pretty well. (I'm no photographer, and this was taken off my phone... which isn't that flash anyways :P )

Also I've pretty much redone my blog, although my photowall is still buggy af and everything else is pretty bare atm, here's the link! :)
EDIT: Fixed typo
Just some assorted photos I've thrown up onto my blog! ;D

I recently ran out of pages in my massive colouring book (colouring in keeps me somewhat calm and sane) and I struggled to find a new one to do that I liked the look of. That was until yesterday, when I found one at Kaisercraft, alongside soaps (I love the scented ones), and a new pack of pencils!

So I've made a scrunchie (see below!!!), and I wanted to share how to make them!

Materials:
Fabric- I used a fat quarter and used 16cm x 50cm (any fabric that is somewhat flexible is good- don't use something that's too stiff otherwise you'll be struggling later on!)
Scissors- make sure that they're sharp enough to cut the fabric!
Sewing needle & thread (preferably the thread is colour matched) (or machine- up to you!)
26cm Elastic (I used 6mm braided)
Steps:
- Cut fabric to shape and fold in half longways, pattern/nice side in
- Start sewing the fabric and leaving a centimetre gap towards the short edge side, and about a centimetre in- I used a running stich, but whatever you use is fine as long as it joins the fabric together to make a tube!
- Once sewing is done- start flipping the tube outside in! Use a pencil to help you if the tube gets stuck partway.
- Measure out and cut 26cm of elastic and then thread it through the tube, bunching up the fabric as you go. Tie or sew the elastic ends together.
- Place one end of open scrunchie into the other, and then sew closed.
There you have it! A scrunchie! :D
