As the UCAT is fairly new and that there's not much resources out there, has AN ever considered making a study guide on how to approach each section in the ucat and how to study for it or potentially topic tests (not really topic tests but a question bank) and lectures - so that it's easily accessible for students around Australia who are interested in applying for medicine?

Hey there,
At the moment, they have a few UMAT videos (it's listed under VCE videos), but I'm not sure how big the changes are between UMAT and UCAT. They did do UMAT lectures in July last year but again, not sure if it's going to be continued.

A lot of this relies on the current team we have. Last year Naomi (who’s now on placement) was available for us to do a lecture series for it. To my knowledge none of the current NSW team is studying a UMAT/UCAT based degree for us to do this (or notes) again for now.
This may well change in the future, because UCAT resources are always on our mind. Of course that’s up to the rest of the team to arrange for. We always let you know what happens once all the preparations are ready.
Edit: Sticking link to Naomi's slides following further discussion

Definitely something we've considered, we know how important the UCAT is for so many people!!
Never say never :)

Just to add, there was a UCAT lecture in VIC at the beginning of the year. You can download the slides here. :)
