What are you grateful for today?
Let's aim for 100 posts by the end of this quarantine period, I know we'll exceed this :)
-
I'm grateful for the warmth my house gives me and the ability to distance from other people during this time :))
-
I'm grateful for having a place with a roof and walls that can facilitate quarantine needs.

I'm grateful for music
-
I'm grateful for friends that regularly video call :D
-
I'm grateful for the cooperation on my family's end for helping me get through online learning. It's a miracle how three of the noisiest people I know manage to be totally silent for an hour each week just for me to be able to record my performance and aural homework. It's made the transition, especially as a music student, significantly easier :)

I'm grateful for all those free webinars we can attend ;D
-
I'm grateful for our researchers, phenomenal efforts.
-
I'm grateful for the technology that allows us all to talk to our friends and family no matter how far away we are from them.
Think about it, you can literally talk to your friends and family from the other side of the planet by just clicking a button.
Isn't that amazing?
-
I'm grateful for my gym setting up Zoom workout sessions over the quarantine period :)
-

I am grateful for the challenges of digital assessments.
I this as a learning opportunity or another reason I'm not thinking of?
-
I am grateful for teachers being available at (what seems like) all hours of the day and weekends. They are doing an amazing job helping us prepare for assessments.

I this as a learning opportunity or another reason I'm not thinking of?
Personal growth?
-
I'm grateful for my cats who're always down for a cuddle - even when it's inconvenient, like when I'm doing work. It's like they know when I need to take a break, even if I convince myself to work through it.
-
I am grateful that I have such lovely neighbours. One of them just dropped off some feijoas they grow in their backyard <3

This is lovely (and feijoas are awesome too)! When my family and I went to leave supplies at my grandma's door, there were some feijoas waiting for us picked from her feijoa tree! :)
-
I'm grateful that we (Year 12) will be able to go back to school in less than 2 weeks! Staying at home was fun and relaxing for a while, but we're getting closer to Trials and HSC exams and this is NOT an ideal way to go about it tbh.
-
I'm grateful for being born in this century.
-
I'm grateful for all these free platforms we have access to nowadays, giving us the opportunity to gain knowledge effortlessly. Back in the day, something that would've taken 1 hour to research will now only take 15 minutes or less.
Crazy.. Encyclopedias are still awesome though 😃

I'm grateful that most schools won't re-open this week for Victoria. Can't see how the 1.5 metres can be professionally implemented on such a short notice for NSW (fingers crossed).
I go to a school in NSW. Long story short, it can only be implemented in classrooms with few students. Outside the classroom, it's like COVID-19 never existed!
-
I'm grateful to be part of an emergency service, as I get to do what I love - help people.
-
Like the Victorian premier suggests, it's gonna be a tough year ahead of us.
Which is why I'm bumping this AN Gratitude Journal for 2021.
I'll start things off:
I'm grateful for receiving a first round January offer, a CSP place, and most importantly, the opportunity to develop my passions.
What are you grateful for today?
-
I'm grateful to have people who help me better myself in my life and for having support to grow!
-
I'm grateful for a lot of things; one that occurs to me is that I was given a first-round offer in the course of my choice and was able to enrol and all ready for starting uni when it eventually starts!
