Can u apply for more then 1 categories of SEAS?

can't find anything stating if i can or not and also, i live an hour away from my school and all up its about 2 hours public transport a day to get back and forth, I've also moved housed 3 times in the last 2 years, is that enough grounds to apply for difficulty circumstances?

Yes you can apply more than 1 category but I'm not sure if those circumstances are difficult enough. Generally that category is for like people with a death in a family, financial problems domestic violence etc

If you think it's impacted on your education, can demonstrate it in your personal impact statement and can obtain a supporting statement from a 'responsible person' then, yes, you should submit an application for Category 3.
