Title: VCE Legal Studies
Post by: fir0010 on February 22, 2020, 07:22:05 pm
Are teachers allowed to incorporate curriculum from units 1 and 2 onto our units 3 and 4 SAC. The question was: Describe the purpose of the Victorian criminal justice system (2 marks). A fairly basic, common knowledge question, but does VCAA allow this and should I expect more of questions on units 1 and 2 content ?

Im not sure but I found on my first SAC there was a lot of 1&2 stuff ( one of the questions i had was "define the criminal justice system" (1 Mark)) in it but i think that its just because unit 1 and Unit 3 are really quite similar...

Yes your teachers are allowed to put 1/2 content in your 3/4 SACs. VCAA allows this - but for the end of year exam they will only ask something if it's on the 3/4 study design
