If its for a language subject, it would've been due by the 18th of October this year. My school's reception, horrifically claimed they couldn't find my application and found it in some drawer (which I handed in to them with a clear note in September 2018) and submitted it in February this year (apologizing for their error). I called the VCCA office explaining my concerns and they promised it would be followed up with. My application was accepted in the end. I suggest speaking to your VASS coordinator or relevant staff on the matter. I wouldn't be too worried as mine was submitted nearly 4 months after the date.

3/4 enrollment isn't required by VCAA until february (this year the deadline was the 25th), but your school may have their own deadlines on when you can enroll.

So this also applies to subjects like Biology and Accounting?

It's for all 3/4 subjects. You should really check with your school though - that's when vcaa requires the enrollment data from your school, your school may not allow subject enrollments/changes that late though.
