Title: Recommendations for Related Texts for Literary Mindscapes?
Post by: tamarab99 on March 26, 2019, 05:02:39 pm
Hi everyone,
Does anyone have any good recommendations for related texts that fit in well with the Literary Mindscapes elective? I am currently studying an assortment of Emily Dickinson's poems, Hamlet and Lost in Translation, so I'm looking for two related texts that would align well with this elective. I would prefer texts that are not too long e.g. short stories, poems or films.

Thank you in advance for any of your suggestions! :)

Hello, tamarab99!

I am also studying literary mindscapes and have looked at the following texts for orts;
- The Picture of Dorian Gray (works if you studied Wilde in y11)
- The Eyre Affair
- Fahrenheit 451
- Catch 22

Hope this helps!
