Title: World order law reform

Hi I'm super stuck on how to structure an essay based on the theme and challenge "the role of law reform in promoting and maintaining world order"
If anyone can help me super appreciated!

Hi I'm not sure if this reply is too late but anyway.
Law reform for WO is difficult (in my opinion) bc there's not tooooo much you can talk about. But some things you could discuss are the concept of R2P, the formation of the UN, and also the establishment of the ICC (after the relative success of ad hoc tribunals). You could also possibly talk about how there still needs to be law reform, particularly in regards to the UNSC bc of state sovereignty.
