Title: UNSW Library
Post by: emilyygeorgexx on April 15, 2018, 04:22:47 pm
Hey,

This might be a stupid question but if I want to go to the UNSW library in the school holidays to study do I need some sort of membership or can I just go in?

Thanks!

You can just go in.

On the other hand, to access the WiFi or borrow books and such you'll need a UNSW student to help you out

Hot Tip: Level 3, desks near the window are my favourite spot ;D

I personally like the individual booths in Level 4 (please correct me if I'm wrong) but the nearby study rooms aren't completely closed off so there's a chance there might be a noisy study group in one of the rooms. There's always the closed off study rooms in level 2 but you do need a UNSW account to book them :)

Should be able to go in but for other buildings you may need membership, thought not sure why you would need access to other buildings. I only ever use my ID to tap into the Computer labs at 1am during assessments ):
