Title: Good texts to read to prepare for 3/4?

Is there any books that might be good to read to prepare for 3/4 (I'm doing 1/2 right now).

I know the text lists change but anything that is fairly similar, so I can improve my comprehensive skills and get used to reading regularly - as I barely read at the moment. Thanks.

I would personally recommend reading any of the books on the current text list as most of the books will stay relatively the same and they will be the types of books VCAA will expect to examine you on. Books like The Crucible, Frankenstein usually stay on the text list.
