Just a suggestion with the videos Brenden..
Since there's quite a lot of them, do you think we should make a Youtube account so we can have all the videos in a playlist rather than clicking on each video? I'm not too sure if this is AN's account but we could use this one:

That's actually a really good idea!
Hahaha, I think that video/account was created during a debate on the value of an Arts degree.
I'll make an account and put the playlist on it to save the owner of that account the work. The account name won't matter, so long as the playlist is on there.

I am so pathetic, I had to print out motivational pictures and stick it around my room so I will feel motivated enough to get out of my warm snuggly bed in the morning.

Haha, i've done this as well. I'm horribly forgetful so i also put up post-it notes to remind me to work...except i forget to look at the notes. Big flaw in the system there. I've gotten a fairly decent collection of little quotes together, so, i'll share some (try guess my favourite people and philosophers):

I've always believed that if you put in the work, the results will come.

Everything will be okay in the end. If it's not okay, it's not the end.

Find a job you like and you add five days to every week. - H. Jackson Brown, Jr.

Life grants nothing to us mortals without hard work. – Horace

People who are unable to motivate themselves must be content with mediocrity, no matter how impressive their other talents. -Andrew Carnegie

Be miserable. Or motivate yourself. Whatever has to be done, it’s always your choice. - Wayne Dyer

Nothing great was ever achieved without enthusiasm. - Ralph Waldo Emerson

You cannot plough a field by turning it over in your mind. - Author Unknown

The greatest enemy of best is "good". If you're willing to accept "good" you'll never be the "best".

"Be not afraid of greatness; some are born great, some achieve greatness, and others have greatness thrust upon them." - William Shakespeare

Nobody rises to low expectations – Calvin Lloyd

The ancient Greek definition of happiness was the full use of your powers along lines of excellence. - John F. Kennedy

A man does what he must - in spite of personal consequences, in spite of obstacles and dangers and pressures - and that is the basis of all human morality. - Winston Churchill

Continuous effort - not strength or intelligence - is the key to unlocking our potential.
Winston Churchill

Difficulties mastered are opportunities won.
Winston Churchill

History is written by the victors.
Winston Churchill

I never worry about action, but only inaction.
Winston Churchill

If you're going through hell, keep going.
Winston Churchill

It is a mistake to look too far ahead. Only one link of the chain of destiny can be handled at a time.
Winston Churchill

Kites rise highest against the wind - not with it.
Winston Churchill

Never, never, never give up.
Winston Churchill

The power of man has grown in every sphere, except over himself.
Winston Churchill

It is in our lives and not our words that our religion must be read.
Thomas Jefferson

It is neither wealth nor splendor; but tranquility and occupation which give you happiness.
Thomas Jefferson

Never put off till tomorrow what you can do today.
Thomas Jefferson

Nothing can stop the man with the right mental attitude from achieving his goal; nothing on earth can help the man with the wrong mental attitude.
Thomas Jefferson

Determine never to be idle. No person will have occasion to complain of the want of time who never loses any. It is wonderful how much may be done if we are always doing.
Thomas Jefferson

Don't talk about what you have done or what you are going to do.
Thomas Jefferson

I am the greatest, I said that even before I knew I was.
Muhammad Ali

I hated every minute of training, but I said, "Don't quit. Suffer now and live the rest of your life as a champion."
Muhammad Ali

A man is but the product of his thoughts what he thinks, he becomes.
Mohandas Gandhi

It is any day better to stand erect with a broken and bandaged head then to crawl on one's belly, in order to be able to save one's head.
Mohandas Gandhi

I assess the power of a will by how much resistance, pain, torture it endures and knows how to turn to its advantage.
Friedrich Nietzsche

Nothing great in the world has ever been accomplished without passion.
Georg Wilhelm Friedrich Hegel

Do not impose on others what you yourself do not desire.
Confucius

It does not matter how slowly you go as long as you do not stop.
Confucius

Our greatest glory is not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall.
Confucius

If opportunity doesn't knock, build a door.
Milton Berle

"If the brain were so simple we could understand it, we would be so simple we couldn't." - Lyall Watson

“You don't make progress by standing on the sidelines, whimpering and complaining. You make progress by implementing ideas.” Shirley Hufsteddler

"Watch your thoughts; they become words
Watch your words; they become actions
Watch your actions; they become habits
Watch your habits; they become character
Watch your character; it becomes your destiny" - Frank Outlaw

Achievement is not a one time thing but an all the time commitment.

Yesterday can be an anchor around your neck. Don't let past circumstance steal present opportunities to do something to make a difference.

Every setback offers you the opportunity to despair or to reaffirm hope. Be stubborn. Be relentless. Be irrational. Choose Hope.

On the other side of hurt is healing
On the other side of darkness is discovery
On the other side of trial is triumph
On the other side grief is growth
On the other side of pain is possibility
On the other side of loss are lessons
On the other wounds is wisdom
On the other side of failure is fortitude
On the other side of crying is courage
On the other side of mistakes is maturity

Never give up, and you will never be denied

No matter what the challenge there always is – the other side.

“If you want something new, you have to stop doing something old” Peter F. Drucker

“Sometimes good things fall apart, so better things can fall together.” Jessica Howell

Find your joy, let it source your core - find your joy, because this world desperately needs more.

"However many holy words you read, however many you speak, what good will they do you if you do not act on upon them?"
Buddha

"There are things in life we don’t want to happen, but have to accept; things we don’t want to know, but have to learn, and people we can’t live without, but have to let go." Author Unknown

You are never alone. You stand on the shoulders of your ancestors; beneath the wings of angels; and someone, somewhere, loves you more than you know.

"Cheat on your fears, break up with your doubts, get engaged to work and you will most certainly marry your dreams"

"Suffering is not enough. Life is both dreadful and wonderful...How can I smile when I am filled with so much sorrow? It is natural--you need to smile to your sorrow because you are more than your sorrow."
Thich Nhat Hanh

"The greatest test of courage on the earth is to bear defeat without losing heart." R. G. Ingersoll

You were not born a carbon copy.

You were born unique, born to excel, born to manifest the glory of the universe in your authentic truth.

You are not weak.

You are stronger than you imagine, wiser than you know, and have vast powers that you have yet to actualize.
Stop playing small.

Be YOU. Tell your truth - now, today, this very moment.

Manifest your true self - not a poor reflection of your circumstance.

Don’t walk through this world unconscious of your greatness, sleep walking, surrendering your light to the bland grey around you.

You were born to be brilliant,

to be light,

to be fire.

Infuse your glory into this moment, into your choices, into your deeds, into the habits you create.

Consciously choose.

Choose your body through conscious consumption.

Choose your attitude, through conscious thought.

Choose your destiny by being present right now – for remember mindful moments multiplied, totally transform tomorrow's.

Today choose integrity, choose discipline, choose joy, choose joy, choose joy.

Rejoice in your blessings AND, most importantly, know that EVERYTHING is a blessing.

And your blessings are rich soil.

So choose to grow into the boldest, proudest, most glorious version of YOU.

You were born for this.

Cory booker is a great politician (yeah, i know half of you are asleep by now) but he also happens to post a lot of inspirational quotes. It's where i ripped a fair few of my recent ones from, definitely worth a like on facebook for the stuff he posts:

This may be slightly off topic, but I found this quote today that I feel...speaks to me.
