Title: “Study design” for major
Post by: annaoh_2003 on December 08, 2021, 04:27:25 pm
Hi,
I was interested in pursuing a batch of science next year at Melbourne Uni, and was wondering year for each major they have like a “study design” like there was for VCE subjects. I’m having trouble choosing a major and I just want to see what the course structure and content looks like. Where can I go to find that?

Thanks :)

Here is a link to the handbook for more general things about the degree: https://handbook.unimelb.edu.au/2022/courses/b-sci
here is the link to majors, click on the major you are interested in: https://handbook.unimelb.edu.au/2022/courses/b-sci/majors-minors-specialisations
Here is an example, using physiology bcoz its the best major (no bias haha): https://handbook.unimelb.edu.au/components/b-sci-major-40
For most majors they won't really have an effect on the classes you take until second year, but hopefully this helps!
