What hope is there now :'(

Hey, don’t say that man! Just because it’s been a while doesn’t mean that you absolutely won’t get selected! As far as I know MHS hasn’t given out any interviews yet at all, so you DEFINITELY still have a good chance. Please just be patient and I think you will be fine. :)

But I got a rejection letter for interview. They said I didn’t get short listed :'(

That's okay! You'll probably get a late offer or something, NEVER lose hope.

Thanks but I can’t GUARANTEE that. I guess I just have to move on, I’m trying for scotch next year

You couldn't guarantee that you'd get shortlisted for an interview, either, but I assume you didn't lose hope before then! You never know what'll happen until it's definite, so keep your head up :)

Mhs has already caused me a lot of pain, they won’t accept me, fine, I’m going for another school.

Don't lose hope just yet, I did not get into Mac Rob back then too.

No I’m going to lose all hope now, mhs has made me tired of waiting and waiting and studying, I’ve had enough, I’m going for a different school, not going to even bother try for year 10 entry.

Don't think so negatively, there's always a positive in negative situations. Do as much opportunities as u can. As when you get older those opportunities can decrease. Those mistakes that u did on the tests, u can reflect on and do it better and answer it correctly when u do year 10 entry. Taking opportunities won't hurts even if u don't get in, it'll improve u as a student and as a person ( as u know how to deal will rejection or acceptance and many many more ). Don't lose hope there's always something or a school out there FOR YOU.

No for mhs year 10 I need to be state level, good at co curriculars. My only hope now is 2nd round offers, well at least having a pd puts me at the top of the waiting list.

Just remember at the end of the day, why do you go to school?
The truth is, some schools provide better opurtunities than others, but in Australia, it doesn't matter immensely what school you go to, as long as you put passion and effort for everything you do, you can still come out as an all-round achiever. :)
