Title: How do rankings work in Vet subjects where HSC is 100% weighting

Hi everybody, I'm just wondering if someone is rank 1 in a VET subject such as hospitality where you get 100% of your marks from the HSC itself, then does that rank 1 have any influence on their marks in terms of scaling and all that?
