What sort of raw mark do you need in advanced english for band 6?
Hi...
This database can give you an idea of what raw marks constituted a band 6 in the past. But do observe the data with a grain of salt, because it does not mention ranks, and what is needed for a band 6 varies a little from year to year. :)

Is the 'aligned/reported exam mark' the final mark for english?

That is the exam mark for the subject as printed on the HSC results, after the process of alignment to hand cut-offs
