heya peoples

got this question the other day, Examine the main contributors to Australia's external stability in 2020. it's a 6-marker and I honestly have ZERO idea how to tackle it, can anyone help please?

hey! um well my teacher reckons we only need to know the 2019-20 budget...but i'm memorising things from the 2020-21 budget because i may as well (since i knew nothing about the 2019 budget)
and my teacher gave us that question in a practice exam so i'm not sure?
