Hi Just wondering the question I feel we all want to know How many hours of sleep should I be getting daily?
I generally get 6 hours but sometimes I feel a bit groggy in the day which affects my focus in studying, any tips to fix this?

I'm no expert, however, I suggest you get 8-9 hours.
Staying hydrated is also good as it keeps your mind refreshed. Drink a bit of water every 2-3hours. I carry a water bottle around with me to and from classes.
