All those ones you listed may seem obvious but that's probably because they're the strongest in relation to Discovery, so don't be afraid to write on those! To be honest I can't think of any different ones right now off the top of my head....

And yes you should totally talk about/analyse stage directions if they're relevant to the point you're making! Its actually a really cool thing to mention because it demonstrates that you understand that its a play and that its meant to be performed
