Im only asking out of curiosity, cause some of the worksheets I get are reformatted versions of the atarnotes books.

Not as far as I'm aware, though it's not uncommon for teachers to personally own lots of books and other relevant material to the area they're teaching. My history teachers in particular often owned large collections of textbooks and study guides from which they'd compile booklets and worksheets - I'm guessing your teachers might be doing something similar in this case since they're rarely any one source which covers everything in enough detail.
