Avalon Airshow

So I got an email from Monash saying that all Aerospace students are eligible for free tickets to the Avalon airshow early next month.

http://www.raes.org.au/avalon-airshow-2/

Has anyone been to that particular airshow or other events hosted by RAES? If so, how was your experience there? I'm sure it'll be very interesting but is it worth as I'll probably have to skip one of the first three days of Uni.

Would the chances of getting a ticket be high after applying?

And dress code (business shirt with tie)  + no jeans/sneakers  :P , the last airshow i went to in Malaysia at a military base was so casual that I could had worn pyjamas in.

Anyone going?
