Title: Victorian Selective Schools Tips & Q&A’s
Post by: Bobthefob on November 09, 2019, 06:59:30 am
Welp this is a new thing to me.
I managed to beat the 3600 kids to get myself a place at Suzanne Cory High School, out of the 200-300 odd kids for each school including MHS, NHS, MRHS, SCHS.

If you want  any tips or last minute studying ideas then go ahead and ask ;)!

I’ll be happy to answer

See, there isnt really a set score that you need to get in as it all depends on the entire cohort and how well everyone does on that day. However try to get atleast 1-2 superiors for a good chance :)

It depends on your school aim for three but 2 is good. I got 2 superiors and didn’t make it because my school was competitive. Good luck

I did the test this year as well and only got 1 superior and didn’t get in. However, there are people who do still get in with 1 superior and sometimes no superiors at all, but it depends on your other scores as well. If your average for all the tests overall is high, you have a better chance of getting in. In my opinion, sometimes getting a superior on the harder tests like numerical reasoning is also very beneficial in order to get in because most people get lower scores for this part of the exam. :)
