Title: Quick question about language analysis piece.
Post by: dekoyl on January 29, 2009, 05:08:27 pm
How should I go about analysing two articles simultaneously in a single fluent and concise piece?
I'm not sure how I should be setting it out. Should it be (and I'm not 100% sure..):
Intro: Issue/stance of article 1. Issue/stance of article 2.
Body P1: Device of article 1. Device Of article 2.
...

or.. should I simply analyse each article separately then just put one after the other? (So really, I'm doing two pieces instead of the one piece they require?)

Also, is there any special/notable aspects in writing a good letter to the editor? Any special structure I should adopt?

Thanks.

I was taught to write the first article then write the second article, but have a linking paragraph between them. Its just like writing two pieces except you link them in the middle. But there probably is a better way
