Title: Transfers.

Hi all,
Just wondering.
Say if i wanted to do an internal transfer to Comm. How and when can I do this.
I didn't get into comm due to my not up to stratch enter. I'm in bbus at the moment so just to keep my options open i'm looking at a course transfer.
Anyone know what to do or have done this before?
