I really want to get a 40 in spesh, but have been told that I probs wont. Does anyone know how good you must be doing in spesh to get a raw 40, I know its extremely hard but how hard. I got to scotch college and I'm above average but not by alot. Do I have to be like one of the top students at my school to get over 40 in spesh, I know a bit above average isnt enough, just wanna know how much I have to improve?

I hope specialist is somewhat like methods in terms of score trends. I stuffed up quite a few SACs (way below average of the class) for methods but ended up with a score I was grateful with.
Is specialist 34-22-44 as well? But then again for specialist we only have four SACs in total so I guess it doesn't leave much room for major stuff ups for school assessments. I've already fucked my first SAC.

You could probably guess from the number of people who got above 40 last year at your school yeah? (which appears to be 17)

Im not sure how many, I think someone told me 10 students out of about 60 got above 40, which sounds rather low?

I am sure you will do really good, but the amount of work I've seen you put into spesh, 40+ should be no problem.

I just checked the high achievers list, it seems to be at least 17 (not counting people who opted not to show their name)
edit: which is 2nd only to MHS btw in terms of numbers, so yeah, you have good odds if you're high in your cohort.

Thats better, then I wouldnt feel so bad when over 30 people beat me in spesh test (like what happens in scotch to me everytime I get a test result back), dont know about you tho, your probs top in your class?

Don't fret that much over your SACs, just do well on your exam and I'm sure you'll end up with a score you're happy with :)

nah, im not the top :( .LOL i cant imagine 3 classes of 25 people, chaos!!!

Don't fret that much over your SACs, just do well on your exam and I'm sure you'll end up with a score you're happy with :)

For just Scotch?
Yep 17 for just Scotch, which is um...quite high.
But yeah...being ranked high in SACs doesn't guarantee a high SS. It certainly helps though

Oh, 17, thats better than 10. I would say, out of 60 in scotch, im ranked about 25

one thing i learned in vce is never listen to what people tell you about your ability, you yourself are the best judge of how good you are, and a 40 needs work and more work means a higher score

We got one class of 5 people, started with 7. The VCAL class has more people :(
my class was 6 and i got a 41(shit hole school) so if your top of the class sac wise then you should be right with a bit of dedication and hard work :)

What SAC percentage do u reckon will get scaled to 100%?
