while i was procrastinating... i found a cake recipe to make for mum.

but i have no idea what to use as a substitute for cake flour (AU doesnt supply any)
any suggestions? :D

You might be able to get some from a specialty store, but otherwise plain flour is okay, you just have to use less of it:

thanks bro! finished making the cake and woke mum up at 2am after me n sis finished baking it.
