cheer up,
if u go to a good school and have a good rank in accounting (or are rank 1 in a bad school) a 40+ is easily still possible.

A, would have liked an A+, but considering the stupid mistakes I made A was what I expected.
Then again, looking at the statictics (which can be found here if any one wants them: http://www.vcaa.vic.edu.au/vce/statistics/2011/midyear/vce_accounting_ga1_11.pdf ) I got between 70 and 75-ish. Its sort of disappointing to know I missed out on an A+ by making some stupid stupid mistakes (which I know I did)
Meh, Its only one part of what makes our study score, imma kill this semester!

I would say around 2 weeks. Last year I waited around that long when I sent it after results had been released.
This year though, I sent mine on the day of the exam and have yet to receive it :( I was hoping that it would arrive today! Has anyone received theirs yet?

I got an A :) Still wish it was A+ though. If I've been getting 90% and above for my SACs, is it sill possible to get around 43-44 for my raw score?

I just got my statement of marks. I got 84.5/90. What do you reckon; is this a medium or high A+?
By the way, I was quite surprised because I lost marks where I didn't expect to! I think I lost a mark on 1.4.3, 2.3.3 and 2.4.6 for a lack of detail but I also somehow lost a mark on 1.2.1.
Anyone else get theirs in the mail today?

I'd say that's a reasonably high A+ considering the cut-off was low.

I dont do accounting, but I know enough that you will not get a 42 with 176/180. You'll probs get a 50 with that.

For the statement of marks, what is the 'weighted max score'? Are there two markers for the exams, so they double the amount of marks that can be received? Or is it something else? :/

@ech-93 => two markers for exams, they add scores of each marker

Haha, if you ace the end of year, I think you would be looking closer to a 50 than a 48 :P. Heck, even if you got like an 81, you would be looking at like 49 if you ACED the end of year (based on last years z-scores).

unit 4 chem is probably a lot easier to score than unit 3 chem, seeing as theres less explanations :)

After reading all your guys scores im quite shattered a fraction. I got an A which i was rapped was the hghest mar in my whole school but after seeing so many A+ not so happy.
Oh well i can only hope i can still get a 39 study score.
