It's not OCD, no, but I know what you mean - I tend to do it when I vague out or when reading. People must always think I have head lice or something :/

I think there's a condition called trichillomania or something where you pull your hair out? Not sure yours is quite extreme though :p

I started doing that this year, not the best habit to have picked up. Hopefully I can stop over the summer though, I don't want to be bald too soon.

Is it just a feeling that you have,  that you have lots of dandruff in your hair,  and you feel the need to pick it all out,  and hopefully to take out a nice big flake? As gross as it sounds haha

You might stop during the holidays dandruff is apparently caused by stress, a lack of sun exposure and dietary changes. You know all that stuff that happens in year 12 ;)

year 12 made my hair start falling out (or maybe it's just that I don't brush my hair?) hmm just try and consciously kick the habit. I tend to run my fingers through my hair when I'm reading/etc. but I don't pick at things...

it doesnt work for me, not long term anyhow..

dat scalp issue is dangerous, inb4 the bacterial fungi in our heads will spread all over our bodies and a possibility of death.

Anyways does anyone knows any good dermatologists?
thats what my mumma said.. sort of had an effect on me.. but i resorted to picking anyway -.-

I like organic moisturising soap, it's not harsh on the skin and keeps the hands feeling smooth. Normal soap dries your hands out and cracks the skin. I also don't like the chemicals put in mainstream moisturising soaps. EDTA is a weird name for an ingredient what the hell.
