YESSSSSSSSS
I WAS RIGHT
45-35-10 FOR PSYCH
PERFECT
-
Chem is out of 72 again with 8 SA Qs
Spesh Exam 1 has 11 Qs!
Spesh Exam 2 has 5 SA as usual.
-
yay they changed the marks allocated for sec c psych
-
They've also provided "Extra space for responses". haha, must have got annoyed at having to scan different pages to examiners with students spamming info :P

What was it? I've forgotten lol :)
-
well in u3 it was 15 and now its 10..but the marks did increase for sec B from 31 to 35.
-
So does that mean that the section C question is most definitly not going to be on a expierimental design?
Well I'm glad that its only 10 either way!!
-
why would you think that?? for that section, is it true that it won't be about the chosen chapter?

YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'd much rather more Short answer than extended response, in case you couldn't tell :)
-
Sec C - can not be your detailed study
@ketts - nope. doesn't have to be an RM. But all indications point towards one.
-
why does it look like therell be one?

Research Methods
Oh haha duh...
Exams are getting to me lol :/
-
I would have though that section C being only 10 marks would be more of an indicator that it wouldn't be an RM :/ but who knows after the U3 section C question haha
-
Aim - 1
IV - 1
DV - 2
OH - 2
Ethics - 2
Sampling/allocation - 2
There are many other variations of that marking scheme. 10 could easily be RM.
It just as easily could be "Evaluate and explain the Transactional Model of Stress and Coping"
-
Okay yeah, now I see.
But yeah, it's just too hard to tell.
Either way, I'm just glad it's only worth 10 marks.
-
That's suprising considering SA was performed shockingly.
p value definition - <30% got it right
change blindness definition - 20% got it right
aphasia definition - <30% got it right
SA is hard :/

I would rather SA over ER anyday :)
-
i agree short answers suck. i like multi choice though ^.^
-
they should give us the questions too
-
they should give us the questions too
That'd be nice :)
-
Yeah but wasn't the average for section C about 4/15 :P
-
lol thats so mean i can't believe it 4...4!! thats just what a 26% :/
-
4.8 --> 5 ---> 5/15 ---> 33.3%
well my SA outperformed my ER but I know where I lost my marks in ER and it could have been higher.
-
I laughed at multiple choice question 36, assesors just said "Students did not consider all aspects of this question" 15% got it right :P
Most people either got two or four in the ER lol :-\

I admit I performed better in the ER than SA, but i think I'd still rather section C have only 10 marks.

HAHAHA yeah I saw that too, how helpful that comment was :P
-
damn extended response was where i did well compared to saq :(
-
Why spesh has more questions than methods..
It is harder, takes longer, yet we get the same time but with more questions :/
